Parents Evening Classes

Relax Kids aim is to make mindfulness deliverable to children of all ages – using well known fairytales for the younger children, and engaging exercises for the older children. They can be delivered in any classroom to any size of group. The sessions feature mindfulness and sensory awareness exercises, physical and mental relaxation, peer and self massage, movement, stretches and breathing exercises to help pupils develop a range of social and emotional skills that will enhance their personal and academic skill-set.

There will be a series of information sessions for parents for information surrounding the idea that will be going on with certain classes in School in the summer term.

The first block of sessions will start on Tuesday 21st February and will run for 5 weeks every Tuesday night from 7-8pm. It will be based in School.

The second block of sessions will be commencing on 25th April for 5 weeks also.
