Our pupils had a tour of the building and were very impressed with the Great Hall. They took part in a debate in the chamber ‘ Say no to school uniforms’. We had a great debate with a good range of arguments presented. The conclusion was that the majority agreed with wearing school uniforms.
Pupils also had the opportunity to speak with an MLA and find out about the work that they do. We also discussed the current impasse and the proposal to stop MLAs wages.
As it was Anti-bullying week a group of our students recorded messages condemning bullying and these have been uploaded onto Stormonts twitter feed.
